
Program Topics
This one-day course is divided into modules covering each aspect of winter survival. This is an important class for anyone exposed to extreme elements, especially snow plow operators & other public workers.
Instructor
Steve Jenkins, P.E. is the Montana LTAP Director. He has a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering. He has worked with the Utah Department of Transportation in roadway design, transportation planning, materials, research and hydraulics. He has been involved with local and tribal governments for over seventeen years.
Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate of those on the waiting list and cancel early if necessary. A full refund will be made if you cancel no later than 3 business days prior to the training day; otherwise, you will forfeit the registration fee. Someone may substitute for you and sign in during on-site registration.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is $50.00 per person for government agencies and $75 per person for non-government agencies. The fee includes lunch and materials. Invoices will be sent upon receipt of registration form. Additional confirmations are not sent unless requested on the form. Invoices can be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit card. Payment does not have to be received prior to the training date.
Special Notes
In order to receive Roads Scholar credit for this class, participants must stay until the end of class when it’s dismissed by the instructor. By signing up for this class, you are registering for the R.S. program, which allows us to track your classes.
