We are offering this class along with So You Are a Supervisor Now on October 15, 2012 in the hopes that it will be easier and more cost effective for agencies to send participants. Participants may come for one of the classes or both. It is not mandatory that attendees attend both classes. Please sign up for both classes separately.

Instructor
Kathy Stewart, has 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, including positions as Area V.P. of Adelphia Communications, with operations responsibilities for a six-state area and 405 employees; Area Director of AT&T; and Area General Manager of TCI Communications. Kathy is recognized for her strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, leadership and team development, and as an effective and successful visionary strategic planner.

Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate of those on the waiting list and cancel early if necessary. A full refund will be made if you cancelno later than 3 business days prior to the training day; otherwise, you will forfeit the registration fee. Someone may substitute for you and sign in during on-site registration.

Registration Fee
The registration fee is $75.00 per person. This includes lunch and materials. Invoices will be sent upon receipt of registration form. Invoices can be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit card. Payment does not have to be received prior to the training date.

Special Notes
In order to receive credit for this class, participants must stay until the end of class. By registering for this class, you are enrolling in the Supervisory Skills & Development Program, which allows us to track your classes.
