Program Topics:

As an employee of a government agency, you may be asked to give a presentation about something related to your Department, Division, or team. Your job may require you to make presentations to Council, Commissioners, community groups, or the public. This presentation skills class is designed to provide a safe and relaxed environment in which to develop your confidence and effectiveness in communicating with your audience. This class will help you to:

Instructor:
Brice Davis, Senior Consultant with Lundy Professional Development Resources, Inc., has an extensive management and training background with such diverse companies as Xerox and VoiceStream Wireless. Her specialties include management development, customer service, time management, presentation skills, and hiring. Brice holds a BA Degree in English. She is a Certi ed Professional Trainer through ASTD/Regis University, a member of ASTD and the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be allowed if you cancel no later than 3 business days prior to the training. Otherwise, you will forfeit the registration fee due to our incurred expenses. Someone may substitute for you during the on-site registration.

Registration Fees:
The base full-day registration fee for ALL Roads Scholar classes is $50 per person for employees of government agencies, and $75 per person for nongovernment agencies.

Special Notes:
To receive credit for attendance, participants must check in at registration, attend the entire course, and receive the certi cate presented at the end of the course. An attendee will not be eligible to receive credit if he or she arrives more than 60 minutes after the class has started or leaves before the class is  nished. By registering for the class, you are enrolling in the Roads Scholar II Program, which allows us to track your classes. Class size is limited.
