For Denver International Airport (DEN):

Beaver Run Resort
Beaver Run is located at the base of Peak 9 just a few blocks from historic Main Street in Breckenridge, CO.
From I-70 take Exit 203, Colorado Hwy 9 southbound. Proceed 10 miles. As you enter Breckenridge, you will see a Breckenridge sign and the Recreation Center on your right. Get in the right lane and go through one traffic light (7-Eleven is on the left). Stay on Highway 9, which veers to the right (also called North Park Avenue). Follow Highway 9/North Park Avenue through two traffic lights. After the second light, take the 2nd right onto Village Road. Go up the hill (about 2 blocks) and the Beaver Run Registration area is on the left at 620 Village Road. (Click the blue link above for more details.)

Exiting Airport, Turn right at S Powers Blvd, Turn left at E Fountain Blvd (US-24 W), Take the exit toward I-25 North (US-24 W), Merge onto I-25 North/US-24 W, Take exit 141 for US-24 W/Cimarron St, Turn left at W Cimarron St and follow US-24 for 64.8 mi, Turn right onto CO-9 North ~40 miles into Breckenridge, Turn left at S Park Ave, Turn left at Village Rd, Go up the hill (about 2 blocks) and the Beaver Run Registration area is on the left at 620 Village Road. Colorado Mountain Express (CME)

RESERVATIONS & RATES:
Reservations are recommended. Participants can make their own reservations by calling toll free 1-800-525-6363 or online at www.ridecme.com. Participants need to use the discount code LTAP to get the group discount rate of $65.90 one-way per person. CME will offer the discounted rate 5 days before the conference start date and 5 days after. Participants are responsible for payment of their own transfers between Denver International Airport and the Beaver Run Resort, Breckenridge.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations of CME shuttle reservations inside 24 hours from the time of travel are subject to 100% cancellation charge.
THINGS TO REMEMBER...
Please allow for at least 45 minutes between your flight’s arrival time into Denver International Airport and the shuttle’s scheduled departure time from airport to the resort. After claiming your luggage, please check in at the Colorado Mountain Express service counter, located in the center of level 5 - the same level as baggage claim.
The CME shuttle departs the resort area every hour-and-half (1.5hr), and the trip from the resort to the Denver airport takes about 1hr 45min. When making your reservation, you will be given a specific pick-up time for your location.
Due to new security and check-in procedures, all guests should plan on arriving at the airport 90 minutes prior to their flight departure time. Therefore, you will need to schedule your shuttle from the resort ~3 hours before your departure flight time.
