General Information

Payment
Registration form and fees must be received by June 27, 2008 for the early registration fee. You will receive a confirmation email. Invoices will be mailed upon receipt of your registration. Invoices can be paid by Check, Money Order, or Credit Card (Visa/Mastcard/Diners Club). Sorry but we do not accept American Express. Make checks payable to the University of Colorado Boulder (FEIN #84-6000555).

Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received by June 27, 2008 will merit a full refund. Cancellations received after June 27th are subject to a $50 administrative fee. No shows are subject to the full registration fee.
